Bowen Therapy is a very gentle and effective therapy that helps restore balance to the body. As Bowen therapy does not involve any forceful manipulation, it is suitable for all ages from babies to the elderly.

My story started as a patient, I can safely say that I would still be relying on crutches if it were not for Bowen therapy. I had tried everything else from Physiotherapy, Osteopathy, Back clinics, Sound clinic etc… you name it and I probably tried it. In the end, I felt like I would have to live on painkillers for the rest of my life.
